• Diagnostic Services: Due to the nature of diagnostic services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. However, if you believe there has been an error in the testing process or results, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if a mistake is confirmed, offer a retest or a refund at our discretion.

• Products: Refunds may be issued for unopened and unused products returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
