1. Eligibility for Refunds
Diagnostic Services: Due to the nature of diagnostic services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. However, if you believe there has been an error in the testing process or results, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if a mistake is confirmed, offer a retest or a refund at our discretion.
Products: Refunds may be issued for unopened and unused products returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
2. How to Request a Refund

For products, you may be required to return the item to our facility at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Completed diagnostic tests and services.
Opened or used products.
Shipping and handling fees.
Services or products explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service or product order, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations made before the service is rendered or the product is shipped may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the service has started or the product has been shipped may not be eligible for a refund.

In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as a proven error on our part or exceptional situations, we may offer a refund or credit at our sole discretion.
